Andy has over 30 years’ experience working on international projects in Europe and Asia. Since founding the workshop in 2004, Andy has developed the workshop into a creative and collaborative venue, undertaking a wide range of projects including hotels and resorts for International brands. He also has extensive experience in designing large scale mixed use, residential, commercial and retail developments.
With a complete focus on design, environment and designing in culturally diverse locations, Andy has enabled the workshop to grow into an established design consultancy offering boutique and unique solutions.

Marcus has nineteen years experience working in Singapore with a diverse working experience in Architecture, Landscape, Interiors and Graphics. His design and project management work include hospitality and residential projects in: Vietnam, China, Singapore, India, Fiji, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Syria and Saudi Arabia.
His architectural working experience includes P & T Architects and Smallwoods Reynolds Stewart & Stewart. During his time in these practices, he was involved in major projects such as Chong Qing Olympic Garden and The Pearl in Qatar. His landscape architectural experience includes Belt Collins International where he was the project designer/coordinator for the Westin Fiji’s Resort and Spa, Likuliku Lagoon Resort in Fiji and the Marriott Fiji. Marcus has a passion for environmental sustainable design and actively seeks to integrate its principles into design solutions.
Marcus joined Andy Fisher workshop in 2006 and was made an Associate in 2009. He has been involved with a range of projects; from commercial, hospitality to master planning and is the project coordinator for Westin Resort and Spa in Cam Ranh, Virwani Residence in Bangalore, NeoTown in Bangalore and the Les Salines master plan in Port Louis Mauritius. He is also involved in setting up and overseeing the office management systems.
Head of Design

Hamish joined Andy Fisher Workshop in 2017. With over 10 years of working experience in Singapore and the ASEAN region, he has broad skillset ranging from conceptualizing architectural designs, presentations, design development with stakeholders and consultants, contract administration, construction supervision and business development. He has worked on a diverse set of projects such as complex mixed-use developments, hospitality, offices, retail malls, mass rapid transit and large-scale masterplans. He currently oversees all design work that the office undertakes, together with Andy.
Prior to joining Andy Fisher Workshop, he worked at DP Architects in Singapore, where he held the position of Associate. Some of his built works include The Stephen Riady Centre and Infinite Studios in Singapore, and Junction City and Junction Square in Yangon, Myanmar.
Head of Technical Design
Saint Louis University, Baguio City, Philippines
Gerard Pineda has over 20 years of international experience in Technical Design and Project Management for various building types from coordination, full construction documentation, façade, materials and specifications, building code compliance and implementation as well as technical drawing reviews. He has also experienced in CAD Management Systems being a CAD/IT and ISO Manager, Graphic illustrator and an Instructor.
His working experience includes working for Consultants Incorporated Architects + Planners (CIAP) in Singapore.
During his work with CIAP, He was the Cad Manager, Senior Architectural Technologist and was also involved in implementation and overseeing the Object Based online submission required by the Building Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA) and Urban redevelopment Authority (URA) for all projects of the company.
He also worked in Europe for DOMD Architects in Republic of Ireland as a Project Director and was Involved in projects like, residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional and other types of buildings. He also oversee the Office CAD/ISO management system.
